In this nourishing 1-hour practice, we will prepare the body for rest with simple movement exercises and breathwork, and then rest into a 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a guided meditation designed to lead students into a deep state of relaxation.
