It’s hard not to fall in love with Kari. She is the grounding, zen glue that keeps us all together. Her Yin classes are pure bliss, and will leave you feeling stress-free and super grounded.

Kari’s background includes accomplished studies in Yin Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Meridian Yoga, CranioSacral Therapy, and Mechanical Engineering. As a teacher she embodies a smooth union of science-minded knowledge and heart-centered intuition. The ease and clarity of her teaching provides a welcoming environment for students with inquiring minds and bodies. She infuses her yin and yang classes with intelligent, mindful-based practices.

The support of Kari’s respectful hands-on assists helps students unravel areas of tension and restriction. She is known for her steady guidance and calming presence which encourages students to find and listen to their inner wisdom, enabling them to practice in a way that feels dynamic and healing.

Kari recently relocated from Boston to the Bay Area and can’t stop smiling about it.
