It’s hard not to feel a deep connection the moment you meet Julie. Her warmth and nurturing vibe make you feel instantly safe in her presence. And she has the same gift when she teaches yoga.

After graduating with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification in 2010, Julie couldn’t wait to share her passion for yoga with others. She began teaching right away, inspiring her students with a strong focus on breath awareness and physical alignment. Her teaching philosophy is that practicing yoga is equivalent to practicing self-respect. Julie infuses a sense of calm into her classes and creates a safe space for her students to enjoy the fullest expression of freedom and light-hearted fun in their practice!

Julie also enjoys gardening and working with new mothers as a certified Doula.
