Everything that happens to you is stored and reflected in your body. Your body knows; your body tells. The relationship of your self to your body is indivisible, inescapable, unavoidable.”

In this transformative one-and-a-half-hour dance practice, we will move freely together guided by the Five Elements cultivating a greater sense of embodiment, moving through difficult emotions, and deepening our connection with ourselves and each other.
Inspired by 5 Rhythms, Deep Ecology, and mindfulness practices, we will go on a therapeutic journey that invites us to ground, empower, let go, reintegrate, and finally, come into stillness.
This is a perfect Friday night practice to de-stress from your week. It is inclusive of all movement abilities. No previous dance experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.
