In this two hour workshop designed specifically for women who have had a child, we will create an environment where you can take care of yourself. In the practice we will put focus on strengthening the common areas in recovery: the pelvic floor and core muscles.If you have diastasis recti (abdominal separation) this workshop is for you. A unique opportunity to nourish your body, mind a soul and be ready to parent again.
You do not need to have had a child to attend this workshop. This is for women of all postpartum age (i.e. you don't have to have had a baby within the past year).
