In this workshop, we will explore the strengthening and the opening of the joints and muscles of the entire body as a means to explore back bending yoga postures.
Do you love doing back bends? Do you dislike them? We will explore these questions, as well as moving in ways to safely physically express the shapes. This workshop will explore ways to safely back bend, including modifications of all kinds.
Our time together will be exploratory, fun, and exhilarating (when safely done, back bends are very exhilarating!).
